Officially a Not For Profit!

During the week prior to the Healing Power of Art Show Launch Event, Lin’s Linens, Inc. received the wonderful news that the Internal Revenue Service had granted our request for nonprofit status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code effective June 29, 2010.  We are fully recognized as a public charity and contributions to Lin’s Linens, Inc are deductible under section 170 of the Code.

We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under sections 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. This wonderful news was the culmination of numerous hours of hard work and determination on the parts of many caring and committed people who share the vision of Lin’s Linens, Inc. and want to ensure that the good that is done can be continued for generations to come.
